Sarrani was founded to provide peace of mind to property owners who need to repair or refurbish their property.

Unfortunately the building industry has a bad reputation caused by unscrupulous “tradesmen” claiming to have skills they don’t possess. This has led to people becoming afraid of having workmen in their home or business premises. When faced with an insurance claim, choosing the right builder to carry out the necessary property repairs can seem like an impossible task at an often highly stressful time.

Our service is designed to protect property owners’ interests when their home or business premises are undergoing insurance repairs or refurbishment. Our knowledge, skills and expertise combined with our genuine passion for property and client satisfaction means our clients can feel confident that their property is in good hands.

All the tradesmen and contractors we work with are required to meet strict minimum criteria, such as possessing relevant qualifications and adequate insurance cover, and we continually monitor the quality of their work to ensure stringent standards are maintained.
